What becomes of the food waste disposed into the machines?

The food waste would be decomposed and converted to dry, organic fertilisers, certified by AVA to be free of insects, Mollusca or its eggs. With our advanced R&D technology, our machines are able to achieve an impressive 90% reduction rate using our own microorganisms. For every 100kg of food waste disposed, 10kg of high-quality organic fertiliser can extracted within 24 hours.

How long does it take for the microorganisms to decompose the food waste?

The decomposition would normally take up to 24 hours. Therefore, it is highly recommended to stop food waste disposal 24 hours prior to fertiliser extraction date.

How shall I set up the machine?

Our expert technicians will take care of the whole installation and commissioning processes of the machine.

What is the skill level required to operate the machine? How long is the training for the machine?

Our machines are extremely easy to operate and suitable for all skill levels. The machines would be carefully pre-programmed and commissioned by our technicians. The LCD screens are also designed in a simple and interactive way for easy operation. We also provide on-site trainings and detailed user manuals upon request.

How can I extract the fertilisers from the machine?

Our trained technicians would assist you with the extraction and arrange the extraction dates at your convenience.

What if someone misuse my machine?

All our machines are equipped with security systems. In order to prevent unauthorised usage of the machines, the waste disposal and fertiliser extraction openings on our machines are secured with keys, passwords or RFID systems. Additional security features such as surveillance cameras and remote access control systems can be installed upon special requests.
